DR. DREW HOFFMAN - FISHERS

Dr. Hoffman is skilled in many areas, with a specialty in sports rehabilitation and recovery, and receives referrals from all levels of activity. Since 2007, his personal touch has helped people of all ages get the results they want and need. Operating with integrity and honesty, he'll give clear recommendations that provide solutions you can trust.

DR. JOHN REMPEL - WESTFIELD

Dr. Rempel, a 1998 Cum Laude graduate from Life University's School of Chiropractic, conducted research on Autism, ADD/ADHD, and AIDS patient immunity. An active member of chiropractic associations, including the International Board of Governors of the World Chiropractic Alliance, he also leads the Indiana Ultimate Foundation, fostering Ultimate's growth statewide.

Dr. SEAN ELLINGWORTH - CARMEL

Dr. Sean Ellingworth grew up in Davenport, IA and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Sean has a strong passion to help others through structural chiropractic care. This allows the body to function optimally, unlocking your full potential of health and well-being.

We love working with individuals looking to improve health for themselves and their families. They're proactive, and understand the benefits of a balanced approach, incorporating nutrition, chiropractic care, medical massage, and other services, as needed.

In addition to helping various musculoskeletal conditions, about half of our practice members come in for extremity care because we see so many athletes for sports injuries. Our goal is to get people moving and back to the things they love doing, and be able to participate in the activities they love without limitation.
